We attempt to send items on the same day (if ordered before 11am), or the next working day following your order placement. All items are delivered by one of our reputable Couriers. If you provide a mobile telephone number our Courier will attempt to supply you with a specific delivery time slot (one hour).

- Two day delivery for Highlands, and Channel Islands.

This is by pre-arrangement only. Under normal circustances we do not supply to Countries outside of the UK, however in certain circumstances we are able to do so. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Signing for your delivery
Please check your parcel carefully before signing. Any damage to the packaging should be pointed out to the courier. You are not obliged to accept a damaged parcel and you may refuse to sign. If you find your goods are damaged when opening, please call us immediately on 01908 511488 or by email for further instructions.
