EVS
is a versatile, pocket-sized professional sound module. Its internal
board incorporates the sound generation and
drum kits from the renowned Event keyboard, providing a wide range
of high-quality orchestral sounds. It features 256
Factory Presets and 256 User-programmable Presets, each ones
composed by up to 3 independent GM Voices. A dedicated
desktop Voice Editor allows users to create custom voices with up to
three layered sounds, which can then be saved directly
into the EVS internal memory. The module can be controlled via USB
or through classic MIDI In/Out connectors, and it can
function simultaneously as a sound module connected to a MIDI master
keyboard and as a MIDI file player. With quick access
to top-tier sounds, the EVS is the perfect companion for MIDI
backing and home studio production.
